Keep more of what you make: year-end tax strategies for real estate investors.
With Steven Hamilton, EA, founder of Hamilton Tax and Accounting
20 to 35 investors, agents, and lenders in the room every month.
Real investors, real questions, and a different topic every month.

The moves you make before December 31 can make a real difference in what you owe, and most investors don't think about taxes until it's too late. Whether you're flipping, holding rentals, running BRRRRs, or just getting started, this is your chance to get ahead.
Steven founded Hamilton Tax and Accounting in 2012 after nearly six years in professional tax practice. His firm is a proactive tax advisory practice, not a tax preparation shop, built around finding opportunities before year-end instead of during filing season. Based in Grayslake, Illinois, the firm serves 600 to 1,000 clients a year across all 50 states, including real estate investors, business owners, and high-income W-2 earners.
As an Enrolled Agent, Steven is federally licensed to represent taxpayers before the IRS. His philosophy: the tax code is thousands of pages of opportunity, and his clients pay him to know which pages apply to them. He has appeared on the BiggerPockets Money Podcast and speaks to real estate and business communities around the country.
This event is for educational purposes only and isn't personal tax advice. Please talk with your own tax professional about your specific situation.
Josh and Rachael are real estate investors, licensed agents, and advisors. They buy, renovate, and hold property across Newnan, Coweta County, and South Atlanta, and they've used cash acquisitions, rehabs, and the BRRRR strategy to build their own portfolio.
Josh grew up in Newnan. Together they lead JRB Dream Team at Real Broker, a full team of agents helping buyers, sellers, and investors across Georgia.
They started Dealmaker Atlanta because they believe investors are stronger when they work together. Every month is built around practical answers from people who do the work, and a room full of people you can actually do business with.
No experience required. If you're curious about real estate investing, you're in the right room.
New and experienced investors, agents, lenders, contractors, and service providers from across South Atlanta.
